Check out this video for a glimpse into what our program is all about.
The R.O.Y.A.L Project’s mission is to provide a safe and encouraging environment for Black teen girls to feel seen, valued, and empowered. Our goal is to remind them of their greatness, to instill a sense of cultural pride and to celebrate their unique identity. By participating in the program, they can also develop a strong sense of self-worth, confidence, and leadership skills.
Our goal is to dismantle the stereotypes that Black teenage girls often face. These stereotypes include being loud, aggressive, having a bad attitude, and engaging in illegal activities. These stereotypes are both harmful and inaccurate. We must challenge and dismantle such stereotypes and recognize Black teenage girls' diverse experiences and individuality.
There is no doubt that Black teenage girls have their own unique personalities, talents, and ambitions. They CAN achieve academic excellence, engage in positive relationships, and contribute positively to their school and community.
We celebrate and promote the rich history and cultural heritage of black girls, empowering them to embrace their identity, celebrate their achievements, and contribute positively to society
The R.O.Y.A.L Project is intended to empower and uplift Black girls in the 9th grade (8th grade girls upon request) by empowering their unique voices. The program fosters a positive school culture and contributes to academic success for students. The R.O.Y.A.L Project is dedicated to providing these young girls with the tools they need to thrive in a society where their voices are often marginalized.
Your generous contribution will directly impact the lives of these young girls, providing them with the resources they need to reach their full potential. By supporting the R.O.Y.A.L. Project Program, you are investing in the future leaders of our community.
Thank you. Receipts can be issued upon request.
We appreciate any support you can offer, whether it be through a monetary donation or in-kind contributions. Your kindness and generosity will make a significant difference in the lives of these girls and help us sustain and expand our program. Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to the opportunity to partner with you and create a brighter future for the young Black girls in our community.

This camp offers a unique opportunity for young minds to learn essential business skills, foster creativity, and learn how to pitch their very own business. Oh, did I mention, you will have the opportunity to create your own logo and slogan as well?
