Topics sessions are provided to our contracted schools.  If you have questions, please email us. 


  • The program is designed to run a full school year. Starting in October and run through the end of May. 
  • We can also accommodate if you want to start our program during 2nd Semester.




  

  • The R.O.Y.A.L Project will reinforce key academic concepts in a meaningful and engaging way. 
  • Differentiated Instruction: Tailoring the program to cater to the diverse learning needs and styles of the students, ensuring that each girl receives personalized support and opportunities for growth.
  • Project-Based Learning:  Implementing hands-on projects and activities within the R.O.Y.A.L. Project that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and creativity. 
  • Skill Development: Incorporating skill-building activities such as communication, leadership, time management, and goal setting to help the girls develop essential life skills that will benefit them academically and personally. 
  • Guest Speakers: Inviting guest speakers on topics related to academic success, career exploration, personal development, and empowerment to provide the girls with valuable insights and inspiration. 
  • Reflection and Assessment: Encouraging regular reflection on their experiences and setting goals for growth, while also assessing their progress and providing feedback to support their continued development. 


Yes. In addition to our small-group model, The R.O.Y.A.L Project offers 1:1 sessions for students, with a special focus on Black teen girls and girls of color who may need more individualized support. These sessions provide personalized mentoring, encouragement, and goal setting to help students navigate school, relationships, and life challenges with greater confidence and care.
